Wow Chip we came up with a lot of nicknames for you
espicially beacuse you used to be known as #14.
At puppy mills no one has names only numbers tattooed in their ears.
You can see Chips green #14 in his ear. :(
At the puppy mill he was used to breed over and over and over and over,
until he couldn't anymore.
Lucky for Chip, Best Friends busted the puppy mill and rescued all the dogs
and gave them well deserved names, veterinary care, space to run,
ample food and water, training, and socializing.
Unfortunately these things do not exist in puppy mills.
My poor dear Chip is 5, and hasn't learned to walk on a leash
without his friend buddy showing him how.
I was holding him for the first part of the walk.
He is still learning how to just be a dog.
But don't worry we got some tail wags!
The moral of the story:
Everyone deserves a name (and nicknames galore)
Puppies are not products to be sold for profit
Avoid buying pets from a puppy mill like the plague
